JLL analyzes seven countries in Central America and the Caribbean: Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. The selection of these countries and the scope of this report is based on the magnitude of corporate demand and the presence of international companies.
JLL approaches these markets from a regional perspective due to connectivity, proximity and scale. However, each of these countries has its own characteristics, which will be outlined.
