JLL Inaugurates Office in San Jose Costa Rica
This expansion represents a significant milestone for JLL in the region
San Jose, August 10, 2023 - JLL is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Costa Rica. Located in the Cityzen park, in Ribera de Belén, our new facilities cover a total area of 2,300 m2 with an additional expansion capacity of 1,200 m2.
JLL's office in Costa Rica follows the principles of accessibility, inclusion, and sustainability that characterize our company. Designed for a hybrid work model, it features 200 workstations, high-tech amenities, and modern spaces to foster collaboration and networking in an intelligent building. Our team is working towards obtaining the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for this new space.
This expansion represents a significant milestone for JLL in the region, along with the opening of our new shared services center, JBS. Costa Rica offers a wide pool of multilingual professionals and provides a favorable environment for both our clients and us. Furthermore, its strategic location allows for excellent time zone coverage with both the United States and the rest of the continent.
