Joshua O'Malley

Josh is a Director of JLL Capital Markets, Americas covering Latin American markets and working closely with his local colleagues.

Prior to re-locating to the Americas, Josh was based in London forming part of the EMEA Capital Markets Group providing capital raising, strategic advisory, investment banking and mergers & acquisitions services across Europe.

In Latin America, he is responsible for development of the firm’s investor client relationships, maintaining relationships with private and institutional capital looking for global diversification in the United States and Europe.

Josh is Australian and having worked and lived in three different continents, he is extremely well connected and specializes in the acquisition, disposition, financing and re-capitalization of investment real estate as well as arranging joint ventures and other structured transactions. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Josh worked for a large Australian multi-family office advising UHNW families on their investments.

Josh is a CFA charter holder and holds a BS in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the Australian National University. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
