Jean Baptiste leads the Transactions division, with focus on Brokerage, Capital Markets, Research and Consulting.
Jean Baptiste Wettling is the JLL Colombia’s country manager. He began with JLL in 2005 in Argentina where he worked as researcher and real estate consultant. There he was key for the creation and organization of our market data base and information. Since 2009 he is based in Colombia, where he implemented all his expertise and experience to develop the company in that country.
During his career, he has completed several important assignments for clients Blackstone, Equinix, Jaguar Growth Partners, Apple, JP Morgan, Microsoft, HSBC, Google, Xerox, Motorola, MSD, Verizon, Adidas, among others.
Mr. Wettling graduated in business management and international trade from Reims Management School in France and is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
